Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AiMind ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AiMind provides AI-powered email management services, including but not limited to email categorization, automated responses, analytics, and productivity tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • To send spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate AiMind or another user
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • To use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis:

  • You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
  • We may change subscription fees with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AiMind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service without express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to your email data and content. By using our Service:

  • You grant us permission to access and process your email metadata
  • You represent that you have the right to share this data with us
  • You agree we may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
  • We do not claim ownership of your content

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party services (like Gmail). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
